Generate Vouchers
Use this window to generate multiple vouchers or discount coupons at the same time, based on the given parameters.
Campaign Select the campaign.
Issue Store Select the issuing store for the generated vouchers.
Valid From / Valid Up To Specify the date range for validity of the vouchers.
Voucher Type Select the voucher type:
- Voucher Vouchers are a form of currency and can be used for payment against the sales receipt. Customer can pay for the purchase completely using vouchers.
- Coupon Coupon only provide discount in terms of value or percent of the sales amount. Coupon cannot be used to pay for the purchase completely.
Value Type Select the value type:
- Amount When the voucher is of fixed value.
- Percent When the voucher gives discount as percent of the sales amount.
No. Of Vouchers Specify the number of vouchers to be generated. Value Specify the amount or percent value of each voucher. Referral Customers Specify the referral customer for the vouchers. When such vouchers which have referral customers selected on them are presented for discount, B1Bazaar records the referral customer on the sales and the points earned on the sales are distributed amount the referral customer and actual customer. Name Displays the name of the referral customer. Distribute Points Select whether points earned will be distributed between the referral customer and customer. Points To Customers Specify the percent of points which will be attributed to the customer. Points To Referral Specify the percent of points which will be attributed to the referral customer. Generate Select the method of numbering for vouchers:
- Sequential Voucher numbers will be generated in a sequence without any gaps.
- Random - Numbers Only Voucher numbers will be generated randomly and will be numeric only.
- Random - Alphanumeric Voucher numbers will be generated randomly and will be alphanumeric.
Prefix Specify the prefix for the voucher number. Starting No. Specify the starting number for the vouchers. No. Of Digits Specify the number of digits to be used for generating voucher numbers. If alphanumeric voucher numbers are selected - specify the number of characters in each number.
Generate Generate vouchers as per the selected parameters.
