Sales Process in B1Bazaar

B1Bazaar is designed in such a way, so that recording the sales transaction is easy and quick. B1Bazaar handles both retail as well as wholesale distribution with similar amount of ease.
A single - Sales Receipt - window allows access to multiple functions which are required for recording sales transactions in a retail or wholesale distribution business.
When working in retail stores, you can perform the cash sales and exchanges from the Sales Receipt window, in following manner:
- Specify the customer mobile number. After selecting the customer, you can view the customer history or ledger from the same window.
- Scan the items which customer is buying. You can scan either the item code, barcode, batch number or the serial number of the item. Upon successful scan of the item, an image of the item is displayed, if available.
- When all items are scanned, click on Checkout button
- Click on Checkout button will open the payment window, where you can enter the payment received from the customer, in form of cash / credit card or any other mode as applicable
- You can also make sales against Loyalty Points or Voucher.
- Sales Receipt window will also apply any promotional scheme and will apply the discounts as available in the scheme.
- You can also scan and accept exchanges from earlier sales made to the customer.
- Upon completion of transaction, Sales Receipt will post AR Invoice and Incoming Payment in SAP Business One.
- A sales receipt will be printed for the document, as per the configuration.
